Andrew is a China Fellow at I.D.E.A., the advisory hub that reports to the President of the European Commission. He is on leave from the German Marshall Fund of the United States, where he has been a senior fellow on the Asia program. During his work at the European Commission, he will not be available for media or public speaking opportunities.
He has worked on foreign and economic policy issues in Beijing, Brussels, Berlin, London, and Washington D.C. and is the author of the books The China-Pakistan Axis and “No Limits: the Inside Story of China’s War with the West” / “The Rupture: China and the Global Race for the Future”
